Does Mufz fit all headphones?

Each style will be sized in both Medium and Small. Each style will have a compatibility sheet to show the popular brands we cover.

 

Are Mufz Water-proof?

Mufz are sweat resistant, meaning it can wick away moisture and even absorb sweat if need be.

 

Are Mufz machine washable?

Yes. Mufz should be washed cold and left to air dry.

 

How fast do orders ship?

Most orders are fulfilled and shipped out within 24 to 48 hours.

 

How can I track my order?

If you have chosen Shipping with tracking, you should receive your tracking information in 24 to 48 hours. This all depends on how close you are to our shipping location. If you did not choose to ship with tracking, this option will not be available.

 

Do Mufz only fit wireless headphones?

Our covers can adapt to both wireless and wired headphones as well. We provide a slot for wires to go through for a perfect fit.

 

My Mufz arrived damaged?

If your Mufz arrive damaged or incorrect upon delivery, we will replace it with no problem.

 

What if I ordered the wrong size? Can they be switched for the proper size?

If you have ordered the wrong size Mufz, send them back and we will be happy to replace them with the correct size.
